Arriving with appropriate clothing and travel documents
Respecting local communities, nature and fellow travelers

6. Disclaimer
We strive for excellence and safety. However, nature is unpredictable, and Patagonia is remote. Weather, terrain and other conditions may affect itineraries. By participating in one of our journeys, you accept these risks.
Ethos Patagonia is not liable for:
Delays or cancellations due to weather or external events
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Injuries or accidents due to negligence outside our control
Each traveler is responsible for purchasing adequate travel insurance, including coverage for adventure activities and medical evacuation if required.
7. Third-party links
We may occasionally link to other websites (e.g. Calendly, Instagram, Substack). These sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or how we operate. If significant changes occur, we’ll post a clear notice on our site.
